On Paper

...what you areseeing above is actually a template of a piece that i made a while ago,
but it moved me more than the actual piece so i hung it. i am calling it "love on paper".
that's how i see it i suppose, love as an empty template waiting to be colored in.
only i'm not really seeking to fill in that blank, mayhaps i'm not finished the piece...

lately the topic in everyone's mouth is my singleness (singlehood - dom? whatever.) and i can't say as i am particualrly interested in the alternative right now.
love, marriage, kids.
kids, love, marriage.
marriage, kids, love.
or any combination thereof. not right now thanks. there are way too many things i want to / need to do.
is that selfish?
i can't believe that love is only realized in marriage & kids.
is that it? where is the happy in that?
